Appointments
Our phones are attended from 8:30am–5:30pm Monday–Friday.
At Associate Medical Practice, our goal is to ensure our patients receive top-quality care while fostering long-term stability in healthcare for our community.
Book a short telephone consult (5 mins) to have your script issued to your mobile phone or pharmacy safely and promptly.
One appointment per patient
To ensure everyone gets the care they need, please book a separate appointment for each person. Couples and family members must attend individually.
