If you or a family member may have a contagious condition, please inform reception when you call to book your appointment.

Our staff will assist in arranging an alternate entry to ensure everyone's safety.

Cancellations

If you can’t make it to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee, which Medicare does not cover.

To register as a new patient, we require 3 forms of identification:

  • Driver's licence
  • Medicare card
  • Full name
  • Date of birth

Medicare number alone is not enough — please bring your Medicare card.

Fees

We are a private billing practice, which means most services will incur an out-of-pocket fee after the Medicare rebate.

Payment Methods

Payment is required on the day.

We accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard payments.
* Personal cheques are not accepted.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We treat everyone with respect and expect the same in return. Abusive, aggressive, or threatening behaviour — including verbal or written abuse — will not be tolerated. Offenders will be asked to leave, and police may be called if necessary.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

Electronic Communications

We do not routinely send emails or SMS. Please speak to reception if you need a document sent securely.

Your consultations and records are strictly confidential. Health information is only shared with your written consent or when legally required. All electronic records are encrypted and stored securely.
